Terms of Service for Don't4get

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Don't4get ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Description of Service
Don't4get is a digital reminder and notification application that allows users to: create and manage reminders, set scheduled alerts and notifications, store reminder-related content, and receive automated notifications across supported devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction), have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and use the App in compliance with applicable laws. We do not knowingly allow use by children under the minimum age requirement.
4. Account Registration
If account creation is required, you must provide accurate and complete information, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App, upload malicious code or interfere with system integrity, abuse notification systems or overload services, or misrepresent your identity or impersonate others. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, including reminders and notes. However, by using the App, you grant Substak Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality. We do not claim ownership of your data.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or operating systems. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data strictly to provide core functionality such as reminders, notifications, and account management.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as cloud infrastructure providers, push notification systems, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party service performance, policies, or failures.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including source code, design, branding, features, and trademarks, belong to Substak Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.
11. Subscription and Payments
If paid features are introduced, fees will be clearly displayed before purchase, payments are non-refundable unless required by law, and we may modify pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your usage poses security or legal risk, or if required by law or regulatory authority. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Substak Limited shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, indirect or consequential damages, or failure of reminders or notifications. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties that the App will be error-free, that reminders will always be delivered on time without delay, that the App will meet all user expectations, or that the App will be compatible with all systems.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Substak Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published in the App or website, the Effective Date will be updated, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts or applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
